Hurricane Valley is centrally located between several performing arts theaters, museums, and has its
own state of the art movie house, Coral Cliffs Cinema, complete with a “VIP” theater with powered
recliner chairs and catered food showing the latest blockbuster releases. Tuacahn Center for the Arts is
an amazing open air amphitheater that puts on high quality productions and big name musical
performances nestled at the base of Snow Canyon State Park. Cedar City hosts the Shakespeare Theater
every summer in their brand new state of the art theater complex. The main theater is a reproduction
of the original Globe Theater from Shakespeare’s time with state of the art sound, lighting, and stage.
While you are there, you can check out the newly constructed Southern Utah Museum of Art on the
Southern Utah University Campus.

Leeds is home to the Silver Reef Museum and ghost town, which puts on an old west gunfight each
month. Hurricane hosts it’s Hurricane Valley Heritage Park Museum, which is located in the City park.
There are grass fields, ball courts and a great splash pad for the kids.

Hurricane Pioneer Museum

For a more intimate look at Hurricane’s history visit the Hurricane Valley Pioneer Heritage Park and Museum. You can take a walk to learn about the area’s historic buildings and get directions to the Hurricane Canal Trail. The Museum is located at 35 W State St. and is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Silver Reef Museum

Silver Reef was a mining boomtown in the late 1800s with the discovery of silver in sandstone- a geological rarity.

The area is now a Wild West Ghost Town located in a stunning geologic setting.

Start your visit at the Wells Fargo Express Stop Building and take a guided tour of the historic Museum, which is registered on the National and Utah State Registers of Historic Buildings.

Walking trails take you around the old Main street and to other points of interest on the grounds behind the museum.

Silver Reef is located 18 miles North of St. George, Utah, off I-15 at the ‘Leeds’ exit – driving directions here.

Coral Cliffs Cinema is a locally owned and operated and completely independent theater, we are committed to bring the very best to your movie going experience.

Now featuring our VIP Cinema where you can relax in our zero bliss recliners while enjoying a selection of food items delivered right to your seat from our limited Mekong Kitchen menu or some food from our very own kitchen and don’t forget a desert from the Muddy bee’s bakery. As well as the best popcorn and drinks from or concession menu.
